For practices
We know, because we are a practice too. Pekvio is the tool we built for our own clients — it reads their statements, sorts the business items into SA103 boxes, and hands you a clean year in the format you already use.
To be clear about what Pekvio is not
Pekvio does not file tax returns, does not submit anything to HMRC, and is not HMRC-recognised Making Tax Digital software. It produces a summary of your client's own records for you to work from. You file. Nothing changes about who is responsible for the return.
Excel workbook
Summary, quarters, per-property split and every transaction, on separate sheets. Figures formatted as numbers, not text.
Xero-ready CSV
Imports as a bank statement. ISO dates so it can't be misread by locale, and a single signed Amount column.
Printable PDF
A typeset year-end pack — summary, SA103 boxes, quarters and the full ledger.
Sorted into SA103 boxes
Your client's expenses arrive already mapped to the twelve self-employment boxes, with the transactions behind each total visible.
Split per property
Landlords tag each transaction to a property. Income and costs come to you already separated, with anything untagged flagged rather than hidden.
No bank connection involved
Clients upload their own statements. There is no open-banking consent to chase, no credentials anywhere, and no third-party processor in the chain.
Tell us how many clients you'd point at it
We'll set up a referral code and agree how it works — a share for the practice, or a discount for your clients. Whichever suits you.
Your clients subscribe directly
Pekvio Plus is £89 a year and includes the hand-off pack. There is no bulk licence to administer and no seat management for you to run.
They send you the pack at year end
Excel, CSV, PDF or a Xero import. You get a categorised year instead of a bag, and the audit trail behind every figure.
Pekvio is built by Finstrive Ltd, a UK accountancy practice. We use it on our own clients, which is the only reason it sorts things the way it does.
