These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Pekvio ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Pekvio.

Pekvio is a privacy-first tool that helps you organise and understand financial documents you upload yourself. We do not connect to your bank, and we do not provide regulated financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Any insights, suggestions, or tips are for general guidance only.

You retain sole ownership of all documents and information you upload or enter. We claim no ownership over your content. We process it only to provide the features you use, and you may export or delete it at any time.

• You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the documents you upload.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You should review and verify any AI-generated insights before acting on them.
• You agree to maintain your own backups of important records where needed.

Pekvio uses AI to read your statements and produce summaries, categories, and suggestions. AI can make mistakes. Extracted figures and insights are estimates and may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for auditing the results and should not rely on them as financial advice or for any legal or tax purpose.

You agree not to:

• Upload content you do not have the right to use.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to harm others.

Pekvio is offered on a paid subscription. Pricing and billing terms are shown at checkout. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that insights will be accurate or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pekvio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any financial decisions you make based on insights from the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Pekvio gives you the eyes to see your finances; you remain responsible for your own decisions.

You may stop using and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination, your data is deleted in line with our Privacy Policy.
